an episode of Jersey Fishing with Pete Semienick Jr. Pete and the crew
were so gracious to ask us to be part of a filming of the show in which chef
Mario Russo prepared some fruits of the sea. The main course filmed
in the kitchen was a fresh Delaware Shad Cornmeal Crusted w/Plum Tomato and
